A blend of organically farmed syrah, grenache, and mourvedre from the central coast. The grapes were picked early, foot stomped, and sat on skins for half a day. the juice is pressed whole cluster and co-fermented for a couple of weeks in stainless steel and then aged for four months in neutral French oak barrels.
