Sustainably farmed, partially whole-cluster Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay from California’s Central Coast. The wine had fourteen days of skin contact before it was pressed and blended together to finish its fermentation. The fermentation was facilitated by only native yeast without any sulfur additions. This wine is unfined and unfiltered and less than 20 PPM sulfur was added at bottling.
