This wine is crafted from premium Chardonnay grapes grown throughout the esteemed Sta. Rita Hills AVA. Malolactic fermentation was partially inhibited, which yields a rich, yet crisp Chardonnay. Aged in 20% new French oak for 16 months, and bottled in January 2020.
