The grapes for this Rhone-style red variety were harvested from Camp 4 Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. Typically used as a blending grape with its more well-known Rhone cousins, we decided to showcase Cinsault on its own. This light-bodied, easy drinking wine is fermented in small lots, punched-down by hand up to three times daily, and barrel-aged for 18 months in 100% neutral oak. Bottled in March 2019.
