2017 Rosé of Sangiovese
This Rosé wine was made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the Santa Ynez Valley. Harvested specifically for a Rosé wine, these grapes were whole-cluster pressed, and then the juice was fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels. Fresh and full of tart acid on the palate, this wine is perfect to drink cold on a hot day. Bottled in January 2018.
