Our 'Pali Vineyard' Chardonnay comes from our from the 50-acre vineyard the winery planted in 2012 that sits on a gentle, southeast facing slope comprised of mostly sandy soil. Our estate Chardonnays showcase elegant mineral characteristics, are acid driven, and are extremely well-balanced. All of our vineyard designated wines express the nuanced characteristics discovered on remarkably unique and excellent vineyards. All grapes are hand harvested and hand sorted before fermented in small lots and barrel aged in 50% new French oak barrels and 50% neutral French oak barrels before bottled.
