The grapes for this wine are sourced from Lieff Ranch Vineyard in the San Luis Obispo County AVA. The vineyard is located along a remote, pristine canyon with a unique volcanic soil type that is well suited to crafting fresh, crisp Sauvignon Blanc. This wine was fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels and then bottled in March 2019.
This wine is made from premium Chenin Blanc grapes grown on the Jurassic Park Vineyard, formerly owned by Curtis Estate Winery. This vineyard, also known as Area 51 Vineyard, sits along the scenic Foxen Canyon Wine Trail and is home to old vines that produce a low alcohol wine with bright acidity. Our Chenin Blanc is fermented and aged entirely in neutral oak barrels and then bottled in March 2019.
It's that beautiful time of day again,
the sun is getting low.
The sky is beautiful and pink,
it's the special sunset glow.
The breeze is gentle, the sunlight kind,
the ocean sparkles, the sands devine.
A refreshing glass of lovely pink wine,
to enjoy in this moment is truly sublime.
I'm made with Old World red wine grapes,
inspired by Provence in France.
My aromas, color and tasting notes,
together choreograph the perfect dance.
