Our Tower 15, 2020 Zinfandel makes for a big, bold wine with distinct flavors of dark berries and spices that the varietal is notable for. The grapes for this bottling are farmed organically at Old Oak Vineyard in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. The vineyard is named after a spectacular live oak that is estimated to be over 500 years old. All grapes were hand sorted and destemmed before they were cold soaked for five days with intermit-tent punchdowns and pumpovers. During fermentation this wine was punched down up to three times each day until complete. The wine was drained and pressed into a combination of 30% new French and American oak barrels and 70% neutral French oak barrels.
