The fruit for this Rhone-style, white wine was grown at Camp 4 Vineyard, located in the Los Olivos District in the Santa Ynez Valley. Owned by the Chumash Tribe, this vineyard is planted primarily to Rhone and some Bordeaux varietals. This full-bodied, white wine, made in very limited quantities, was barrel-fermented and barrel-aged, using only neutral French oak barrels. Bottled in April 2019.

The grapes for this wine hail from Jack McGinley Vineyard in the Happy Canyon AVA, a micro-AVA located in the eastern corner of the Santa Ynez Valley. The vineyard's location in a very warm area, rich in dark, heavy, clay soil, provides the perfect conditions for growing this white Rhone variety. Typical of Viognier, this wine is aromatic, with perfumed notes of honeysuckle and has lively minerality on the palate. It was fermented and barrel-aged in 100% neutral oak barrels and then bottled in March 2019.

This wine is made from premium Chenin Blanc grapes grown on the Jurassic Park Vineyard, formerly owned by Curtis Estate Winery. This vineyard, also known as Area 51 Vineyard, sits along the scenic Foxen Canyon Wine Trail and is home to old vines that produce a low alcohol wine with bright acidity. Our Chenin Blanc is fermented and aged entirely in neutral oak barrels and then bottled in March 2019.

Our Rosé of Pinot Noir is produced from several premium vineyards in the iconic Sta. Rita Hills appellation. The wine is crafted through the use of "saignée" method, then barrel-fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels for three months prior to bottling in January 2018. The sweet red fruit flavors of this dry style Rosé wine are nicely balanced by fresh acidity.

The fruit for this wine is sourced from Camp 4 Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. This aromatic wine is fermented in small lots, punched down by hand up to three times daily, and then aged in 20% new French oak barrels for 18 months. Bottled in April 2018.
