The grapes for this wine hail from vineyards within the Santa Barbara County AVA. The vineyards are cultivated with great pride, using farming fundamentals that result in premium wine, rich in varietal character and terroir.

I'm made with Old World red wine grapes,
inspired by Provence in France.
My aromas, color and tasting notes,
together choreograph the perfect dance.
On the nose, tropical and stone fruits, white peaches, kumquats, red apples paired with honey, jasmine and wet earth/gravel. The palate gives more tropical fruits of banana and pineapple along with white peach, lemon peel, and fresh sage. Background flavors of lemon grass, mustard seed, and fresh cut lawn. A slightly creamy mouth feel is balanced with a core of tart acid that cuts through from start to finish.
This wine is made from premium Chenin Blanc grapes grown on the Area 51 Vineyard, located along the scenic Foxen Canyon Trail in Santa Barbara County. Our refreshing Chenin Blanc is fermented and aged in a combination of French oak and stainless steel. Bottled in Summer 2017.
The nose presents beautiful aromatics of honey, orange blossom, Asian pear, lemon curd. Crisp and dry on the palate, yet mouth-coating and lingering with lime zest, vanilla bean, and a chalky quality. Finishes with bright acid and lively minerality.
The fruit for this wine was grown at Camp 4 Vineyard, located in the eastern part of the Santa Ynez Valley. Owned by the Chumash Tribe, this vineyard grows mostly Rhone and some Bordeaux varietals. Rousanne is a white varietal originated in the Rhone Valley of France. This wine, made in very limited quantities, was barrel-fermented and barrel-aged using only neutral French oak barrels.
This wine is crafted from premium Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Lake County, just north of Napa Valley, on a small three-acre property known as Bad Rat Ranch. The wine, made in very limited quantities, was fermented entirely in stainless steel, then barrel-aged in neutral French oak for 10 months. Bottled in June 2017.

Our Rosé of Pinot Noir is produced from several premium vineyards in the iconic Sta. Rita Hills appellation. The wine is crafted through the use of "saignée" method, then barrel-fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels for three months prior to bottling in January 2018. The sweet red fruit flavors of this dry style Rosé wine are nicely balanced by fresh acidity.
The grapes for this wine are sourced from four vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley: the Grenache hails from both the Watch Hill and Camp 4 Vineyards; the Syrah is from Jorian Hill Vineyard; and the Cinsault and Carignane are from Camp 4 Vineyards. This wine is fermented in small lots and barrel-aged for 18 months in a combination of 20% new French and American oak. Bottled June 2017.
