There is no more important part of the winemaking process than the quality of the fruit. Pali sources grapes from top notch vineyards whose owners and managers meticulously tend their vines and grow the highest quality fruit. During harvest, our winemaker consults with the vineyard managers on the optimal time to pick. The fruit is then harvested by hand.
The maps below show our vineyards in Santa Barbara and Sonoma, the two areas where our vineyards are most concentrated. Click on the icons for more information on each vineyard. In addition to sourcing grapes, Pali planted two of its own vineyards, one in Sta. Rita Hills and the other in Sonoma. These vineyards will produce fruit this year for our 2015 wine.
